Dr Rumit Raja.

Rumit has worked in General Dental practice for many years, in North London and Hertfordshire and so brings a wealth of experience from this. He has obtained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery. From working in practice and hospital, he enjoys doing endodontics (root treatment), oral surgery, orthodontics (braces), cosmetic and children's Dentistry.

He is a Clinical tutor at Guys Hospital, devoting his time to teaching in Restorative (General) Dentistry. This has helped him gain breadth and depth of knowledge and skill in Dentistry, as well as keep up with some of the latest techniques. He has completed a postgraduate Diploma in Endodontics through King's College London, to gain further skills and experience in more difficult root canal treatments and is tier 2 qualified in Endodontics (root canal treatments).

From working for many years in the Community Dental service, (Dentistry dedicated to children, elderly and special needs patients), he has developed his calming, caring and thorough approach. He is great with nervous patients. He can also provide snoring appliances, and can work with your doctor or a specialist for sleep apnoea patients.

He is very dedicated to his job and is continuously developing his professional training. He has previously taught Dentistry at King's College London and worked in healthcare consulting. In his spare time he likes travelling and doing scuba diving, skiing and tennis. He is regularly involved with community work, and works closely with a children's charity.

Antonietta graduated in 2018 with Honours . 

She has a keen interest in Orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. She has since becoma a certified invisalign provider and has completed a post graduate in Aesthetic dentistry.

Antonietta is dedicated to her job, and loved by her patients due to her calm nature.

Kalika qualified from University of Valencia, Spain in 2014 and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry resulting in improvements to a patient’s dental health and self-esteem. She has a personal approach and is very good with anxious patients.

She is committed to her own professional development and by regularly attending courses and seminars, she is always offering the most up-to-date and advanced treatment techniques and protocols to patients.

Kalika has a special interest in restorative, cosmetic & aesthetic dentistry, using minimally invasive techniques to achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. Furthermore she is a certified provider of Enlighten teeth whitening.

In her spare time, she likes to keep fit and active by going to the gym regularly, and enjoys playing badminton.  Kalika is a keen traveller, having visited many parts of the world, and would like to continue this passion

Jatin Desai qualified in 1979. He subsequently worked at several hospitals in the field of Maxillofacial Surgery obtaining his
 Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons England.

Jatin has an interest in Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry and has been placing dental implants for the past twenty years. He accepts referrals and has been involved in teaching and mentoring in Implant Dentistry.

Jatin has been a Postgraduate Tutor for Berkshire, has chaired the Local Dental Committee and has been a past President of the Anglo Asian Odontological Society.
 He is also the local parliamentary representative and spokesperson for the British Dental Association in Berkshire. He is an Accredited International Trainer for the use of CEREC Technology and is a founder member
 of the British Society of Computerised Dentistry. Jatin is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology.

Jatin is married with 2 grown up children and keeps himself active by participating in trekking expeditions as well as being a keen golfer.
 

Anjum qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2020. He has done his foundation training in Lincolnshire and did further training at the Community Dental Services in Bedfordshire. He has also done 2 years of Dental Core Training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Anjum is keen in making sure to deliver the best level of care for all of his patients and will always aim to put their best interests first. He is happy to provide all treatments available in general dentistry and has an interest in oral surgery.

In his spare time, Anjum enjoys watching films, model building, and cooking.

Referrals for Advanced Hygiene & Intermediate Periodontal Therapy

Manjit has worked in the dental profession for over 25 years and has gained various qualifications throughout her time working in the profession. 

Manjit qualified with Honours as a Dental Hygienist from University College Cork (Rep. of Ireland) in 2004 and was awarded the Castellini Award for the highest clinical skillset in her year. She was also selected as a finalist for the "Dental Awards 2020" for the category 'Dental Hygienist of the Year'.

Manjit has also undertaken postgraduate education and completed an MSc in Advanced Periodontal Practice from The University of Essex in 2018. She is one of four Dental Hygienists in the country with a Clinical Masters degree, with particular interest in solving periodontal problems through Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy and provides an Intermediate Care Pathway for Periodontal Treatment at Bupa St Mary Axe.

The MSc qualification provides an enhanced clinical skillset and a greater level of understanding inperiodontal treatment approaches and competencies in the provision of periodontal care, including complex case management to that of general practice.

She is passionate about the profession and is continuously building on her knowledge and skillset. She values the importance of evidence-based practice, and her compassionate approach to patient care and motivating her patients reflects her beliefs and passion for the profession. 

Manjit values the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach to obtain the best treatment outcomes for her patients and works closely with various Dental Specialists. She is a member of the BSP, BSDHT, and BAPD. She is also a Clinical Instructor on the "Back to Practice" course, a BSDHT Mentor and a part-time Clinical Lecturer at The University of Portsmouth-Dental Academy.
